    7. Life Insurance Replacement Declaration, if applicable.
  12. Send the Adobe Document for sign, and wait for it to be signed.
  13. Download the individual signed files to your computer.
  14. Fill out the application, and send it for signature.

  15. After application is signed, transfer it to head office.
  16. Regularly check for updates.
  17. Once decision arrives, book appointment for Delivery.
  18. Prepare following documents to deliver:

    3. Agent Disclosure Letter
    4. Reason Why Letter
    5. FNA
    6. Meeting Notes
    7. Contract Summary
    8. Transaction of first premium
    9. Information about how to access the policy information.
  19. Get signature at Delivery Receipt. Should contain policy#, client name, provider name, date of issue, and date of delivery, in person or via email.
  20. Save all the documents and do annual or semi-annual follow-up.

Steps to Follow:

  3. Fill out and download Investor Profile while filling the form. Equitable Investor Profile or  IA Investor Profile 
  4. Additional Documents from Client: Government ID and Void Cheque.
  5. Complete the Consent Form: Click to Download 
  6. Fill out KYC: Click to Download KYC 
  7. Fill out Trade Ticket: Click to Download Trade Ticket 
  8. Send email of Information Folder to Client: Click to download IA Information Folder 
  9. Make Adobe Sign with following documents:
    1. KYC
    2. Trade Ticket
    3. Investor Profile.
  10. Send for Adobe Signature. Once signed, download individual files.
  11. Fill out the application on the portal.
  12. Send for Signature of Client.
  13. Upload KYC and Trade Ticket if required.
  14. Transfer to Company.
  15. Once approved, send email to client showing steps about how to access their account.

Make sure to use updated versions of KYC and Trade Ticket from https://www.wfgdc.com/login website.
